New Date: Gender Creative Children
-
November 16, 2023
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
While gender creativity in children isn’t new, the idea that gender can be a spectrum rather than a pair of check boxes may seem confusing. In this workshop, we’ll discuss the differences and overlaps between sex, gender, and gender expression; think about the ways gender roles are taught to our youngest friends; and explore the importance of normalizing for all children the many different ways of being a “he”, “she”, or “they”.
