Meet Some of Our Fabulous Volunteers!

'Volunteering is in the smiles and thank-yous'

Meet Bob

Bob has dedicated his life to children and his love of physical activity. A long-time educator, but now retired, Bob still supports kids as a volunteer at Five Counties.

Pam is no stranger to Five Counties. In fact, she was the very first client.

Meet Pam

Pam is no stranger to Five Counties. After all, she holds the distinction of being ‘client 001’ – the first child client served by the newly opening children’s centre in 1974. Now she’s giving back to Five Counties by serving as a volunteer.

'We are not an island. We all need each other in life'

Meet Judy

Having worked in the charitable sector for many years, Judy realizes no person is an island. It’s why, in her retirement, Judy has become a bridge builder of sorts, helping out local non-profits to fill the gaps to do their work. Five Counties is benefiting from this wonderful volunteer.

'The work Five Counties does is incredibly important'

Meet Jackie

Jackie is a donor, a fundraiser, a volunteer, and an incredible asset in our community.

She is also a dedicated volunteer at Five Counties!
