Blind Low Vision Program

The Tri-Regional Blind-Low Vision Early Intervention Program is a partnership between Five Counties Children’s Centre, Markham Stouffville Hospital and Grandview Kids, providing service to children from birth to school entry, who are blind or have vision loss. The Program supports children residing in the York and Durham Regions, Peterborough, Northumberland, Haliburton Counties and City of Kawartha Lakes.

Through consultation with parents and community agencies, the BLV Program strives to help children reach their full potential.
