This interactive workshop explores the Pedagogy of Care as a foundational element of early childhood education, emphasizing the deep importance of responsive relationships, emotional well-being, and relational accountability in practice.  Grounded in contemporary research and everyday practice, participants will be invited to reflect on how care is enacted through listening, attunement, and intentional presence with children, families, and communities. By weaving together theory, practice, and lived experience, participants will be challenged to view our work with children and families not as an add-on, but as a transformative pedagogy that shapes just, inclusive, and meaningful early learning environments.
