• What: Parents can join this free virtual session to learn more about self-regulation. It’s the ability to manage one’s emotions and behaviours. Join two of Northumberland’s Self-Regulation leaders certified by the Mehrit Centre as they share more about self-reg and how caregivers can put it into practice to help benefit their child/youth.
