COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Children and Youth ages 5-11

We are excited to share an upcoming vaccination opportunity right here at Five Counties Children’s Centre in partnership with Peterborough Public Health!

On December 8^th and 15^th from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., we welcome Five Counties’ clients and their siblings turning 5 – 11 years of age in 2021 with their parents/legal guardians looking for a sensory-friendly, family-friendly, and fully accessible environment to receive their paediatric COVID-19 vaccine.

• Where: Five Counties Children’s Centre, Dr. Mary Thain Site 872 Dutton Road, Peterborough
• When: 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 15^th, 2021
• How: Book an appointment for your child(ren)’s Covid-19 vaccination by calling 705-748-2337 extension 210
• Who: Five Counties Children’s Centre clients and their siblings turning 5 – 11 years of age in 2021

Please remember to bring your child(ren)’s Health Card to the vaccination appointment.
Please plan extra time for screening when arriving and up to 30 minutes of observation time following your vaccination.
