- What: Join the conversation with other Five Counties families. Come out to our monthly Family Meet & Greet Social. Connect with other parents, caregivers, guardians and grandparents. Come in-person or join virtually. Enjoy coffee, tea and treats, while share your experiences and ideas with our Client and Family Experience Lead Hayley Hodges. Child care and virtual option is available.
