As a parent, caregiver, guardian or grandparent of a child/youth who previously or currently receives services at Five Counties Children’s Centre, your input and ideas matter to us.
Please join our Family Focus Group in early April (tentative dates are April 8, 9, 13, or 14). We need six to eight participants to attend an approximate 1½ to 2-hour focus group at our Peterborough site (in-person or virtual options are available). You will be asked to join others in discussing and responding to a series of open-ended questions that ask about your experiences, thoughts and suggestions about what Five Counties is doing now and how it can do better in the future.
Meal/food will be provided, and child care is available if needed. As a token of our appreciation, each participant will also receive a gift card for sharing their time and input. Taking part will not affect the services you receive at Five Counties in any way.
