Parents can refer to all Centre services except to the specialized clinics.     

• Phoning the Centre and speaking to a clinical secretary (705-748-2221 OR 1-888-779-9916 press 0)
• Completing a referral form and sending by fax (705-748-3526)

Specialized Clinics

For specialized clinics that involve the Centre’s Paediatrician, a physician’s referral is required.  Your physician or nurse practitioner may suggest a referral or Parents may arrange an appointment with their family physician, paediatrician or nurse practitioner to discuss a referral to the specialized clinics.
